Korea Connection successfully organized a capacity-building program on public audit and governance for public sector officials from Kazakhstan.
The program was designed to provide participants with practical insights into Korea’s public audit system, governance framework, performance management, financial oversight, and policy evaluation practices. Through expert-led sessions, participants explored audit procedures, digital audit systems, risk management, and public sector accountability.
The program also included institutional visits to key public organizations, including the Board of Audit and Inspection, the National Assembly, and the Seoul Metropolitan Council. Meetings with officials and subject-matter experts provided valuable opportunities to learn from Korea’s public administration and governance experience.
Korea Connection managed the program end-to-end, including curriculum design, institutional coordination, expert engagement, interpretation services, logistics, and on-site operations, delivering a customized learning experience for international government delegations.
